I can't figure out why Vesey would pass on the Predators. He would get to burn a year of his ELC and immediately step in to a top six role on a playoff team. Seems like a pretty good situation for him.

I agree, if I were him I'd sign with the preds immediately. But you would think he would have said so by now. Also don't discount the Babcock factor.

Over 2 days. I'll be shocked if he decided to play, even with a guaranteed spot.
